WRITERS' GUIDELINES

If you are interested to write for BIZ INDIA or contribute other material such as photos or cartoons or graphics, please email your resume and some clips of your work to our Executive Editor Kumar (Kem) Balani at: BizIndia.Kem@Gmail.com.

1. SUBMISSION: All material for publication must be emailed, not faxed, by the required deadline, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

2. PHOTOS: Digital photos must be of a minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution in .Jpeg or .Tiff format.

3. SUPPORTING DATA: (statistics, charts tables) enhance the value of stories to readers.

4. EMAILING STORIES / MATERIAL: Please send your story and other material aattachments, NOT in the body of the email. Material must be written in Microsoft Word format.

5. WRITING SPECS: Write material in Microsoft Word.

Basic points to note:

a) Use Times New Roman font

b) Use 10 points size

c) Use single space

d) Indent beginning of paragraphs

e) No space between paragraphs

 f) Use the Associated Press Stylebook as your guide.

Incorrect submissions will NOT not be used.

They may (or may not) be sent back to the writer for re-submission in correct format.
